- Making your own guided meditations
- Break all the myths of meditating eg. Always meditate with closed eyes, sit in one place etc.
- Meditation with open eye
- Mantra meditation
- One task meditation
- Breathing technique
Did you Know?
- Even dancing , singing, cooking done with focus and determination proves meditation
- Meditation does not always require Bramha mahurat. We could also do it with open eyes
