About Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique received by Mika Usui which is famous for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the principle that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed and if it is high then we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The best part about Reiki is that it treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation, feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

It is not true. Actually, Reiki is the universal energy which passes through us as a medium. So, we also get benefits and healing when we give Reiki to someone.

Once you are attuned, Reiki will flow through you for a lifetime. If in doubt you could always check with our Reiki master.
